How do you guys feel about North Dakota being forced to change their mascot? http://www.cnn.com/2011/US/08/14/north.dakota.mascot.fight/
Surprised they didn't make a grand gesture towards the Sioux people to get their support. It's worked a lot of other places. It may be racist in origin, but I really think those kind of mascots are a positive in the modern world for the tribes in that they increase their presence.
