Exactly where I am on this. He probably has an offer from us. We're waiting on his response. He hasn't accepted yet, because he knows the Bama job will open early next week. If we push for an answer he probably turns it down. Then it falls to Drinkwitz or Lindsey. Lindsey has already been interviewed. I think its him. Then AU and Bammer fight over Bro. Freeze. JMO

 

I very mixed feelings about a Freeze hire. If he is hired, I hope it doesn't turn around to bite us in the ass.

 

My guess is the offer piqued (VN translation: peaked) interest but it likely had language effectively putting him on a short-leash that he's disputing.
