Thought experiment: Vols play Iowa’s schedule, what do their defensive numbers look like?

 

Top 5 in the country. Also potentially 12-0.

 

Wow. I hadn't looked at their schedule. They really played nobody in the regular season. Penn State would have been the only toss up.

 

Tennessee's defense, after the goose egg, only gave up 20.6 points a game

 

Nico: "Redshirting never crossed my mind."

Why wouldn't Heupel and Nico's family let him know about the master plan to redshirt him this year?

 

The one game I would want a mulligan on is Florida. I know if we played Florida 10 times, we win 7 or 8 of them.

So, people who didn't know about the plan to redshirt Nico:

1. Nico
2. Hubbs

 

He should’ve played more. I’m not convinced it changes the W/L.

 

Nico prepped every game like he would play. He had to as backup and one snap away.

 

It’s as good, if not better, than it sounds.

 

It’s done. There’s nothing we can do now. I don’t know why some of you care so damn much.

 

Some people just want blood all the time, but no good can come from this.

 

And this isn't September, it is January. I am looking forward to next year, especially not having Florida at the front end of the schedule.

 

Ya, Florida will have quit by October.
