    Kevin Mouhon

    All but a VOL. We may not get him but all his quotes and history point to being a VOL and loving Butch who recruited him at Cincy.

    He is a 14 recruit maybe a MOD should but that in title don't want peeps to get too excited.

    What has he said that leads people to believe he'll be a Vol? Would be a great pickup for '14 but I haven't heard anything about him in regards to Tennessee at this point.
