he needs to start recruiting 4 or even 5 star guys that fit the system. instead he seems to go off rivals top 50 list and makes those guys his top prospects.
He did early on. The last three or four years he's had some flat out dogs. As oski said, that's partly his fault because he's recruited to hype instead of function.
