Just an observation, but if D. Rodgers can clean up the drops (which for the most part he has) he is Brays new go to guy. Arnett looks to be getting up to speed pretty quick. And Bray is getting it to the RBs, FBs, and TEs pretty regularly. Losing Hunter sucked, but I think we can manage the passing game in his absence. We may not be as explosive, but still good.
The running game is the difference in this being an elite offense or just a great passing team that gets slowed down against the good teams..
I have very little hope of a running game spontaneously forming at this point of the season against the meat of the schedule. We are what we are. I hope we don't try to force the issue too much.
Doesn't seem to be a staff that cares about forcing the issue. We may still be an elite passing team. October will tell.
