They have done next to nothing in the middle in the passing game. Hopefully they explore that now with the schedule demanding better play for Ws.
Ive had both. Breaks knock you completely out of playing for "x" amount of time. When you come back you are normally good to go if it heals properly. Sprains depending on the severity can be played with but are much easier to aggravate and or make worse if you roll it again. Bad sprains will not heal well until post season assuming you stay off it for a long period of time. So it really depends on the severity of the sprain and whether or not you re-aggravate it.
Pretty much sums it up. Just hope that if you break it that it isnt in need of surgery. That's about 4 month project, before your running on it again. Went through this a year ago. High ankle sprain I had a few years ago actually was about as bad long term. Took 9 months before I felt confident with planting and cutting on it. It was rough.
