You are right about them being a springboard job to major college football in recent history. They gave the SEC Hugh Freeze and Gus Malhzan if I am remembering my facts correctly. I guess the philosophy has changed there about who they hire. I would be distressed if I found out the HS I went to hired him as an assistant once Arky State inevitably cans him
