Who the hell is Andrew Burckse and how does he get those "above the rim shots" ?

 

He's a super fantastic awesome guy, and he gets those shots by mounting a camera up in the catwalk of the arena. The remote camera is triggered by a wireless transceiver that you will often times see him mount on the hot shoe of his main camera, thus both cameras take a picture at the same time.
