I thought there were 8 games they had no chance of winning. If they win Saturday, they'll have gone 3-5 in those games and been a couple of bounces from 5-3.
Hat, or anyone else, what kind of record do you think Tennessee would have had if Pearl was still coaching this year? To make the comparison as fair as possible, assume that: a) Harris and Hopson still left early b) We don't have Stokes, unless you think Pearl would have been able to get him to Knoxville.
I thought that Pearl was looking good with Stokes...the uncertainty didn't come in until Pearl left, no?
