Rick Pitino Has Officially Lost His Mind.

In his nonstop campaign to attack Syracuse and Pitt each time he sees a microphone, he drew an analogy between those schools and an unfaithful lover. Really, Rick? That's the comparsion you came up with? Amazing.

 

A Rick Pitino lecture on faithfulness? What next, Greece doing a PSA on fiscal responsibility?

What are his major beefs with Pitt and 'Cuse, Hat?

 

He appears to be of the belief that they owe it to the Big East to stay, especially Syracuse.

I've always liked Pitino, but some of this stuff lately has been a bit much.

 

Not sure Villanova will, because they're still thinking about making the jump to the BCS level in football. I guarantee Georgetown, St. John's, and Marquette are looking at schools Xavier, Dayton, and St. Louis and seeing the framework for a very nice football free league.

Did he attempt to abort the entire issue afterwards?
