    1) Yes, she is correct that an unfavorable ruling will not immediately end all unions, in and of itself. That is, at least not “immediately”, “all” and “in and of itself”.

    2) Everything else continues to be so much more gravy. And he’s about as much like Scalia as Sandra Day O’Conner. But that’s good enough.

    3) Agreed.

    Can anyone recall a single SCOTUS decision that associates monies paid to free speech?
