Georgia with a 10 point lead over LSU in the first half. What happens if this holds?

 

LSU fans here in Denver whining about this essentially being a home game for UGA. This sort of desperate excuse smells way too familiar.

It was like most of the first half was just pre-game warmups.

 

Any chance Oklahoma St jumps Alabama? They have dominated OU thus far.

 

To put this into perspective: Should LSU and Alabama play in a rematch, and Alabama wins. There is the potential for a "split" national championship, with the AP voting LSU, because the teams would be 1-1.

If that is the case, we would have lost to both of the 2012 National Champions.

 

And you can bet the AP will do this. They love being that important.

 

I'm sure they'll be really pissed when LSU is playing a "home game" for the national championship for the third time in the last ten years, too.
