Of course, a loss by the Vols this week probably makes this thread null and void, but the low-major tournaments are starting and there are some big games that will affect us as well. We're just going to put on our orange-tinted glasses and assume that won't happen, huddle up here, and enjoy some basketball.

Tonight we kick off with Cincinnati vs. Louisville as the biggie and Texas/Baylor as one worth following. Another loss my hat's favorite coach will pretty much knock them off the bubble.

    Edit -

It's the Big South, but conference tournaments kick off tomorrow.

Jerry Palm speaks. Has UT in his bracket, but goes on to say this:

RT @jppalmCBS: win it. less than that may do, but maybe not RT @RoyMulllins: What does UT need to do in the SEC tourney?

We're right on the edge of this thing. Quick look around:

IN: ESPN (Lunardi), CBS (Palm), Yahoo
    OUT: USA Today

"I honestly don't even know what 'first-team in,' or 'last-team out,' or anything of that stuff means, to be honest with you," Kenny Hall said on the topic.

I went in and added the link to the daily RPI update in the original post in case any don't have it bookmarked.

Condolences to hat on his best friend's loss to tu last night. With the Bearcats losing as well, not much more we could have asked for.

We don't have to go very far tonight for the games that affect us - Arkansas/Mizzou at 7 and Ole Miss/Bama at 9. Illinois/Iowa might be worth keeping an eye on, but I think the Illini are in regardless.

If USA Today has any input from Dan Wolken then I wouldn't put much stock in us being out.

It's a guy names Patrick Stevens, who was just laid off by the Washington Times. Don't know anything about him, honestly.

Don't know anything about him either, but if the Washington Times doesn't even see fit to keep him, I can't imagine how shitty he is.

Kentucky would be wise not to lose at UGA.

UNLV just pulled a helluva comeback to take the lead over Boise St.
