Yeah you missed that stretch after the Keyton drop? After that he was off so we went to run run run run. He’s been good in the 2nd half.
We had guys in position in the first quarter but weren't executing. But when the other team is only picking up two yards per play, eventually you just wear them down and don't need perfect execution to run up a huge total. Good step. Still a lot to prove without Hooker.
Keyton let me down with his drop, other than that it was alright. Milton was, for the most part, on point. They moved UVA all over the field offensively, a few easy to correct errors and this offense scores 70 today. The defense got after their ass too. UVA is awful, it's hard to take too much away other than Pearce has made a jump
It was the first half. I just said he had not looked good. Not sure that equates to worrying about him long term. And it wasn’t just a couple of throws. Palmer even made note of it.
Pearce looked like an absolute monster. Their RT was completely outmatched. On at least one of those sacks the dude didn’t even touch him On3 cat is taking a deserved victory lap on Twitter
Yea, #71 had a brutal day for them pass blocking. If he wasn't playing against the Vols I would have felt sorry for him. He looked like he had no business being on that field
You said Milton not good today, not that was a bad series or so for Milton. Stupid statement. You make plenty of them.
I didn't anticipate how bad VA's offense would be/how good our D would look, but the offense played a little worse than I expected. Last year's offense would have had Nico on by the mid 3rd an the way to threatening 70.
Va has a couple good rbs. We were just faster on D than they’ve been practicing against and our lbs were reading the play or breaking on routes early. Qb did make a couple really good throws across the middle.
Dumbass. I said that in the first half. And it was true up to that point. Context is hard. Heupel took the ball out of his hands after it was clear he was off.
