Vibe I get with how quickly this search is going and how much money is being rumored to be on the table - Plowman and Boyd are as sick of the incompetent pieces of shit as we are. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Yeah same. I do think there is more money there for the right hire. Even if it is, we are in such a mess right now that I am not sure if salary is enough to overcome it.

 

Dodged a bullet with Gilbert. I personally think he would’ve been ok, but he wasn’t going to excite the fan base as a whole.

 

I firmly believe that between salary and ego, we can pull someone good if we are willing to compensate them.
