If Gundy isn't coming, there really is zero choice.

Kiffin gives us the best shot to win, immediately, and long term, and big.

HIRE HIM AND FIRE THE PEOPLE THAT WON'T.

I would rather be the national heel and have people talk shit about how we hired Kiffin back than fade into mediocrity for the next 5 years.

Kiffin would create an us vs. the world atmosphere, which is so much more fun than everyone feeling bad for you and laughing at you. I'd rather fight.

Jimmy Hyams just referenced Kevin Steele's recruitment of Chuck Webb in 1988 to back up his point that Steele was a good recruiter.

LMAO. You can't make this shit up.

Yeah, that'd be great if it were 27 years ago.

Agree. Kiffin has developed quarterbacks that had no business playing the position at big time schools.
He ran the practices and program like an nfl franchise.

If you believe for a second that Hurts and the AL offense is not struggling without Kiffin, well opinions vary.

Since it looks like their is a zero percent chance that we get Lane, I hope Jimbo leaves and he goes to FSU. I could roll with the Noles.

Does the NCAA even monitor payphones or rotaries anymore? I bet he could get away with a lot.

Although I would be happy with this, I will not let myself get sucked into even believing there's a .1% chance of it.

Fulmer being there doesn't help with this.

I didn't hear the interview, but some have said that he basically implied that he would take the job. I think he said he would "listen," and we know what that means.

We need a big, large, hire Kiffin chant tonight at the basketball game. Right after the fire Currie chant.

    Is the game televised?

SEC Network extra channel or some crap. But if it was loud enough, raucous enough, we could make it to Sportscenter. Peak embarassment. Perfect for Currie and all.

"Later in Wednesday's show, Kiffin shared a never-before-heard moment with Nick Saban following Tennessee's loss at Alabama on 2009, a game the Vols nearly won before Terrence Cody's blocked field goal.

"That's the last time you'll ever beat me," Kiffin told Saban at midfield.

Kiffin went 7-6 in his only season with the Vols and has attempted to resurrect his career this fall at Florida Atlantic. His Owls finished 9-3 and will play in the Conference-USA Championship Game this weekend."
