Did they not win the Big East 2 or 3 years ago?

Cincy sucks. They really do. Tennessee may struggle because of 1) an unorthodox offense with a good TB and decent QB and 2) 3 freshmen on D but Bray and company should score on every possession, literally every possession.

    Crowd may play a factor:

"I am not surprised we only had 23K for our home opener, how can they expect us to pay $32 to watch us play some scrub team in 100 degree weather?"

So... are they saying they're as good as 2010 Oregon or as bad as 2008 Wyoming and 2009 UCLA?

Reading the comments on that site are almost sickening. I'm not even saying those posters are stupid, but seeing comments about them having comparable talent is depressing.

I would think that the only way that Cincy has a chance is the experience factor. They should have an edge there. Still I simply think Cincy is a bad team. I find it hard to believe a team that went 4-8 in the worst major conference last year is suddenly good.

But I feel like there could be a lot of variation from that.

    Cincy's D as a whole isn't as experienced as Tennessee's OL.

I'm at the point where I have to see it to believe it, as far as UT stepping up and winning games.

I hope you're right. My "Battered Wife Syndrome" is acting up as the game comes closer. Those panic attack blogs are very easy to write.

Get ready to start believing again.

Tennessee's offense is going to make Mike Leach jealous Saturday.

Are you saying Montana's D is better than Cincy?

I'm saying Tennessee is going to have to do a little more than run on 1st and 2nd down then pass on 3rd down.

Cincy's probably going to come out and move the ball at first and Tennessee will have to respond. The OL is still struggling at times to get the running game going and Cincy has two corners at 5' 10".

Maybe the OL steps up this week. Our D made good adjustments last week, even though Coleman had to learn the hard way. I'm ready to see big runs.
