    Not hype wise.

They may produce on a Berry level once they're here though.

Gibson has been asked to play wideout at one or two elite camps. That doesn't seem like something a great QB is asked to do.

Kahlil McKenzie is a guy Tennessee most likely gets.

That's my feeling too on Gibson. Tremendous athlete for sure.

Either way I hope we get both, because they'll both be great players.

Be hard to produce on the level Berry did though. He was a once in an every 10-20 year type player.

Yeah. Rock painting they did for him was pretty slick.

    Being a legacy helps too

His dad is Tennessee's best recruiter.

I don't think neither one is as big a deal as landing Gibson would be. My comment about Deberry was a little headstrong though. I thought he was a consensus 5 star until I googled him last night.

Yeah, but neither of those really panned out.

Is he the only big time DT we are in on?

No, but he's the most realistic one we have of landing.

DJ Jones, a JUCO DT, is another realistic one.

Shy Tuttle and Tim Settle are two highly rated DTs that have visited or plan to visit here.

Jordan Thompson is a guy from Ohio that may end up getting offered too.

Trent Thompson is being recruited by everybody in the country.

    What? Da'Rick was a stud

Da'Rick had a 1,000 yard season as a sophomore and Bryce played well in his one season here.

    Both are on NFL rosters.

I think we are in the mix with Sterling Johnson too. Not rated as high as Tuttle, Settle or Thompson, but still a good prospect.

I forgot about him. He's listed as a DE on the recruiting sites, but he probably grows into a DT.

That ended up across campus from me at TTU and had a 1,000 yards on a 5-7 team. He's a great player obviously, but his impact at UT isn't all that big, IMHO

While he was at Tennessee, he was a stud.

He turned in All-SEC efforts on squads that didn't have a pulse. He also abused his fair share of future Leaguers while here.

Fair enough. He is a stud. But what's his impact for UT really? He is obviously a great talent and has scored a few touchdowns in the pros, but his legacy/impact at Tennessee is tarnished. Bryce Brown played good, but he didn't stay long enough to make a legacy at UT

Dragging the honey badger 15 yards is a favorite of mine
