To Groves’ post a few days ago, about how Kirby is alienating the Georgia high schools... Otis Reese is a Georgia kid, and only a sophomore. He was the #12 ranked player in Georgia when he signed with UGA. In the Sugar Bowl, when UGA was missing 13 players....and he didn’t get to play. His snaps went to true frosh Lewis Cine, of Texas, instead. Maybe Cine is just better, or Reese just sucks, but the optics of stuff like this looks like shit.

The longer Kirby goes without a national title, the more he will regret how he has handled in-state recruiting, IMO. The chickens will come home to roost eventually. He won't be able to get all these out of state 5 stars forever without a ring.
