I’d be interested to see how many people Briles sent to the NFL versus the ten years prior to his run at Baylor. Kind of doubt this opinion holds up to scrutiny.

 

I think Briles has 3 or 4 current nfl wrs from baylor. None are bigtime that I recall

 

Eh, I think he's probably referring to Corey Coleman who has been a disaster.

Josh Gordon was awesome, he just couldn't stop smoking.

Kendall Wright would probably be your other bust.

 

Doesnt make sense about the routes though. Kids camping in HS have to know routes.

 

Some coaches let route running get sloppy because they are morw focused in the system, which doesnt require the same precision as NFL requires.

 

figured that would be addressed in predraft camp when they/their agents set up their workouts and pro days

 

Have you seen the quality of wide receivers in the NFL ? They're turrible. Mark Schlereth did almost a whole show on how the spread is ruining the quality of NFL offensive linemen. No technique being taught there either.

 

Shit, they strictly focus on 40 yard sprints and drills
