I'll take Enos with or without Hurts

    I'd take that.

I guess any piece of shit can land at Bama, coach at a program with a decade of consecutive #1 recruiting classes under the best coach in college football history, and come out looking like a shiny pearl. Magic.

One thing to watch in Knoxville if Dan Enos does get the job, I would expect Jalen Hurts to follow him to Tennessee

I think we can (and should) get Hurts without Enos. So, no.

You're not going off his results at Arkansas I'm taking it ?

This is precisely how it works, man. Superficials change rapidly. Pruitt was in discussion for sec coach of the year just 2 weeks ago.

Arkansas was coached by a fatter, Wisconsin version of Butch. The dumbass ran Chaney and Pittman off then stood tried to micromanage every move Enos made at Arkansas. He's a good offensive mind, better than McElwain or Lindsey, he's not Hugh Freeze (which is a plus and also a minus) and he can develop QBs.

In my opinion, he's the best available outside of Kingsbury, who is most likely NFL bound.

I wouldn't mind Eliah Drinkwitz either.

Matt Canada is a great offensive mind, but he can't get along with anyone

    No doubt.

What qualifies Dan Enos though? 5 years as head coach at CMU and I think his best season was 7-6. Goes to Arky as OC and the offense got worse every year, nothing accomplished whatsoever, and the whole staff gets fired. And now Saban hires him as a filler and hands him Tua Tagovailoa, all of a sudden he’s a home run hire? Baseless.

I’m not sold on Hurts. Wouldn’t say no to him either

But hiring Enos probably means the end of guarantano starting in orange. Short term Hurts, for uncertainty in 2020 which should be a year in which we have some relevance if Pruitt is going to get this ship off the rocks.

When you put it like that, it is definitely gonna be Enos.

He's better than our current situation.

And he doesn’t hurt qb recruiting with only one year

I'd be worried about him with our OL.

I think he helps our OL. Teams pin their ears back on JG because they know he’s not going anywhere. There’s no consequence. He won’t find the open man and he sure as hell isnt going to tuck and run.

Hurts is a threat to bust you for 20 yards if you overpursue.
