Jordan Williams signed with the Jets

 

Good for them.

 

I hope Williams can pass a physical and make some good money for a few years playing football. The guy busted his ass and did everything that was asked for him here.

 

I agree, I liked him. You need players like him on your team.

 

I get that talent has been way (like.... WAY!!!) down, but the idea of being shut out in the draft for the first time since JFK was President is the most damning indictment of [ddiapos] I could imagine.

 

There is no more damning indictment than a 4-19 record in three years in a division that includes Kentucky and Vanderbilt.

But I agree that 0-draft is quite terrible.

 

Could you have done a better job sabotaging the program if you tried?

That last season looked pretty blatant...

 

Cal and Tenn both ended two of the longest streaks of players being drafted. Cal 1986, Tenn 1963. Wow.

 

He definitely threw that last season.

 

I'm convinced the players tanked the Vanderbilt game just to make sure he would get fired.

 

It's unbelievable he didn't get fired the prior year.

 

He should have been fired as he stepped off the field in Lexington.

 

They thought he would get fired after the Missouri game.

 

The Hurricanes had 7 players drafted and finished worse than the Vols. A couple were in the first round.

 

Louisville had 10!

 

They recruit South Florida pretty hard.

 

Tenn St. Had quite a few.

 

Are you kidding me? He was still the football messiah in most eyes following the atrocious '11 season. Everyone but Dooley was blamed.

 

They had one of the best defenses in their division of football.
