Some turd just dug a hole into our underground electric and turned the power off to the whole neighborhood. On a rarely seen Vols football opening night Sunday. I'm not happy, you guys get ready for record breaking nights on offense because I'll be here at work and didn't set up my DVR to record it

Yeah, looks like about $2500. all they have to do is get a free locate for all underground utilities, which is what we're waiting for now so we don't break anyone else's stuff.

Since it's a three day weekend, trying to find 4 or 5 guys to come in is a major chore.
