Chavis is our new HC... now step back remember I would of gone ape shit about this thought a year ago...but if he wins a NC with that D...I believe he will have a new shine and recruits will come...Chief to be the Chief? I am justing trying to stay positive....
Chavis is too comfortable in LSU. I don't see him leaving anytime soon. He gets to do what he loves (run a defense), and AND no matter how many 3rd and Chavis plays occur, or how crazy a defensive scheme he puts out there, he'll never catch hell. Why? Because Les Miles will always do something more questionable. Always.
The athletes on that defense are actually good enough that he can get away with 3rd and Chavis. Much like our 98 team.
