While we're just throwing out rumors, Bray not only smokes pot but sells it as well. Heard from a friend who bought some from him.

Check me if wrong, but isn't there some sort of privacy law regarding students and drug tests? As in, they can only be shared with the student's parents/guardian? I might have made that up.

I might have also made this up, but I don't think it is "illegal" to smoke weed, thus it isn't "illegal" to pop on a piss test. It is just illegal to possess. But you have to possess it to smoke it, in theory. But you can't "prove" possession. So it isn't a crime, just a "contract" violation between the player and the school.

Again, I might have made that up, but it sounds good. I'm not a lawyer, but I am willing to offer free legal advice. But it will be worth what you paid.
