The new Max Bookie mod allows users to post bets and wager system-based credits (read: non-monetary), either publicly (against multiple people) or privately (versus only a single individual).

    To post a new wager:

    1. Start a thread explaining the bet, describing the details of what the wager entails, odds, etc.
    2. Before submitting the new thread, click the box beside "YES - Post a VBookie event with this thread" (under "Additional Options", below the box where you type your thread content).
    3. Upon submitting the new thread, a second screen will appear (much like when you attach a poll to a thread), where the details of the wager can be completed, and attached.

    To Place a Bet:

    1. You can place a wager by using the tabled element at the top of this thread, or by selecting the event via the "Max Bookie" function from the navbar.
    2. Review the entirety of the wagered event (i.e. outcomes, odds, deadlines, etc.), and your "cash" amounts ("cash", meaning system credits).
    3. Place your bet or wagered amount in the text box beside the outcome you wish to bet on, labeled, "Stake"
    4. Click, "Bet Now" to submit your wager.

    Payout:

    1. If you chose in/correctly (you "won" or "lost" your bet), you will win / lose that number of system-based credits commensurate with your original wager and at those odds which were prescribed.
    2. The payout (for winning) or deduction (for losing) will occur at the "Payout" deadline as prescribed in the original wager details.
    3. The payout / deduction will NOT automatically occur, but will require admin/mod approval, beforehand.
    4. This is a system-based credit system, solely for entertainment purposes, alone. It is neither intended nor should be considered as having, implying or conveying anything of actual value, whatsoever, for any reason, purpose or cause. This includes, but is not limited to either actual monetary or any other form of currency, debt or tender.
    5. The outcomes and payouts are strictly and solely at the sole discretion of the site, and its administrator.

All bets have been settled (each of the 7 bettors won). Next time, I won't set it to pay out in 24 hours, but sooner.

    Congrats to the winners.
