Why is Josh Harrelson in the NBA?

Can someone with more insight than I have please tell me? I know he had a solid senior season, but I never pictured him in the association.

 

1. He played for a power broker coach in college.
2. He understands how fortunate he is to be getting an NBA and does what he's told instead of delusionally complaining about how he should be getting Tyson Chandler's minutes.

 

There is always going to be room for a big, who hustles and knows his roll.

 

Amazing how an attitude like that can lead to a 5-10 year career of being a bench role player and earning a mid to upper six-figure income. Not too shabby IMO.
