i regret the years of throwing some good weight around. Used to incline 225 for several reps at 180 lbs. Not only do my shoulders hurt often, but what used to be decent pecs are now not.

 

Ssmiff all of us give up some A game at some point. 54 and hate that my kids think I was never cool or a decent athlete. My H-Per building workout gear was a cut off Ocean Pacific T-shirt. Soooo...that doesn’t help my argument

 

Yeah my 14 year old thinks im flat out lying about being able to dunk 30 years ago. Got kicked off hper courts a few times. Now after many surgeries and a total knee, i have to be careful standing up and cant jump 5 inches. Embarrassing. But JH needs to do something. Its a bad look to lead men and need a bra at 40 years old, imo.

 

I'm 5'9" and the best I could ever do was touch the rim.

Once, I did it right in front of the cheerleaders. I looked over and not a single one was looking at me. I tried to explain to one that it was more impressive than the 6'3" dude who could dunk but she didn't seem convinced.

 

You can't go cheap on your brassiere according to my wife. Try that, and see if it helps.
