I sense the sarcasm, but you can get a much better shot, usually, by not calling a timeout and letting the defense set up.

 

Get the [uck fay] out of here. This comment makes no damn sense in the context of this game.

 

It honestly looked like the team wasn't playing like they cared most of the game.

No doubt about it. Played them without their best player. Their best big scored 1 point. No excuse whatsoever. Just needed one rebound on LSUs last possession and they get 2 offensive boards and a putback

 

I agree. No problem with letting it play out. Just not a very good shot.

 

So when the ref said to put the clock at 1.5 seconds, did everyone just ignore him?

A lot of coaches in that situation don’t call timeout. Probably didn’t expect Turner to be a selfish [uck fay] and launch a three with 4.8 seconds left.

Twice, Williams fouled people's elbows with his face apparently.

 

refs wouldn't allow us to guard anybody, when we didn't let that kid hesitate and go right for the 10th time, we were called for bumps. Tough loss. And we evidently need to start shoving guys down in the middle of their backs because its happening every game right now.

 

The doom and gloom crowd baffles me. An OT loss on the road to a top 15 team does not mean this team is “finished.”
