I am seeing this a lot for many Vol players, and I imagine it is fairly common throughout the bigger schools. How in the world do they a) put on that much weight and b) get away with it if it isn't simply eating a crap ton of food? When I was younger, I weighed myself, ate a Whopper and seemed to have lost a pound while eating. I still struggle putting on muscle, and it simply amazes me.

Might be breaking rules, but legal supplements make weight gain pretty easy, especially if rapid muscle gain genetically comes naturally, which it does for most of these guys.
"most of these guys" have been in lifting programs for many years now. What legal supplements can rapidly put weight on guys with this lifting background this quickly?
