Has something to do with strength and conditioning. He's also certified by the NSCA as a strength and conditioning specialist. He still coaches and owns his own personal training studio in town. He's the best coach I've ever had.
It's good to know we are doing what it takes to compete, but Brent Hubbs and Co. need to be a lot smarter in things they post regarding weight gain/strength gain. Worst case scenario should be putting a lot of Jesse Williams's into the league, not attracting the attention of everyone by being sloppy as hell.
