Rumors going around the interwebz that we are no longer recruiting Gibson. Butch and Co. must have seen the writing on the wall.

I agree. He even came to mind when I wrote the post.

 

I've seen no evidence to suggest Gibson is better. And I like Gibson, but John Elway he is not.

 

It's still not anywhere close to over. Barring a felony charge, no one has stopped recruiting Gibson.

Maybe 70 was an exaggeration but watch the below video and you'll see what I'm talking about. 65 yard bomb on the run at 2:04 and a 55 yard missle on the run to the back off the endzone at 2:30. To my original point, Gibson has a stronger arm than Marshall.

Oh, and the rumor going around is that Gibson and his handler have been asking for cash on every visit they've went to and they're not being very discreet about it either.

 

If this is the case, auburn can have him.
