To someone with next to no baseball knowledge, Russell looks like he could be the most talented pitcher we've had under Vitello.

 

Yeah he’s got a whole bunch of arm talent and one of the best in the game teaching him to harness it.

 

He was like the second lowest rated recruit we took that year too

Massively impressive so far tonight. He’s a draft eligible sophomore so we should enjoy this while we can.

 

Didn't realize he was draft eligible. He'll be a first round guy.
