I think that sort of stuff is just that much more noticeable when you're a bad team and it's something that's easy for people to point out.
It wasn't just that they didn't get lined up, it's that they couldn't get lined up, wasted a time out on a play where it definitely wasn't going to matter, and then still couldn't get lined up on a play that my have gained a yard or two anyways.
Teams do it all the time. The fact that something like this happens every game (sometimes it seems every half) is the problem. If we have a big play I shake my head because I know we're about to waste a time-out to get lined up. It's a habitual problem.
The TO's after big plays drive me crazy. The illegal procedure penalties that we have accumulated this year on 3rd and 4th and short are just another example of lack of discipline. Drives me nuts!
