I have always thought it would look amazing if they could extend the sky boxes all the way around. It would hold in the noise too. I doubt there is that much demand for skybox seats that are about a quarter of a mile away from midfield though.
I've sat near the top of the second deck in the south endzone a couple of times before. I can't imagine wanting to pay for a seat that is worse than that.
I know it won't ever happen, but it would be cool and I'd love to see and hear what it looked like packed
Largest Neyland crowd championship trophies for everyone. More trophies and firsts for this guy. I like it. “Gigantic Neyland Focus”
From a football point of view. I'd rather watch in the upper deck right behind the goal post. Drunk fan me, likes the lower deck though.
I once heard an old preacher say that there was never a problem in any congregation that couldn't be fixed by the right funeral(s).
Can somebody explain the Haslam power structure thing to me like I'm 5. Is it just that he's given hundreds of millions of dollars to the university, and because of that, he's accrued the power and operates from that position. Or is that only part of it? Does he hold future contributions over the heads of those who might challenge his position?
It looks like the renovations will eliminate my tickets I've been hanging onto for well over ten years in hopes that we'd one day not suck. I imagine we'll hire Gruden and about five minutes later I'll get a phone call telling me the tickets I paid for through Butch and Dooley solely to hang onto them for the next guy are no longer eligible for renewal.
