why? he's right. Bernie telling a bunch of poor people he's going to give them free education gets votes just like someone telling a bunch of rich folks they won't raise their taxes.
CNN is showing some live scenes from GOP caucus groups. Even though they're a bunch of old bastards who want me to be their medicare/SS slave, can't help but feel patriotic seeing so many people getting out to vote.
But Clinton's 50-100k numbers are about the same. And if not raising taxes means Clinton's buying votes, what the **** is the entire GOP?
still has a sizable lead and I wonder what the breakdown is 50k-75k and 75k-100k. that's a pretty big range. a guy making $100k is a lot better off financially than a guy making $60k. of course there's vote buying there. who has suggested otherwise?
Then I don't know what we're even debating here. You have a broad definition of vote-buying that essentially is "votes their personal financial interest." Okay.
Reports of a lot of new voter registrations tonight. Big new voter turnout helps Trump. Will it be big enough?
I'm thinking it's Trump by a comfortable margin, but that's just off of what it sounds/feels like which is heavily influenced by media narrative. I have a feeling Sanders might not win tonight. Crowd looks older.
Voting to keep your money isn't vote buying, IMO. If you want tons of spending and don't want to fund it that's another matter
I feel like these events highlight the inadequacy of public spaces in rural America. These places are all overflowing.
