I love the 12pm buy rule in Anderson county. because it is ok at 12pm, but not 11:59am. It is so stupid.

 

Especially cause it's just high gravity. You can buy beer on Sunday. Just not Wine or liquor.

So not history, and not even second. Hell, Mississippi is gonna make history too, they're gonna be the last state to approve this...

And I'm sure Tennessee will make history, when Memphis is the first city outside the 48 other states to approve similar measures.
