I haven't watched much of them other than what they did to South Carolina, which turns out to be less impressive now than at the time. You're probably right but I don't know how UT can protect Worley or score any points. I look for at least two Worley fumbles today that he never sees coming.

Not much. No way, no how is Ole Piss the 3rd best team in the country. Are they playing well right now? Yes they are. But come on, Ole Piss is the Kentucky or Vandy of the SEC west, in most years.

And there is the reason why I cannot, for the life of me, be surprised if UT beats Ole Piss.

If we were to pull out this game today, we will get the same amount of credit for the win that we would get for beating them in any other year. In other words, not much. Everyone will say they were overrated and that, of course UT should have beaten them.

 

I think we would be the talk of college football this weekend if we beat Ole Miss. ESPN has fallen in love with the two landmass schools and the thought of an undefeated Egg Bowl game.

But I do agree with you that Ole Miss is somewhat overrated. Good team, no doubt, but they are beatable.

You are correct. We won't get blown out and they will not physically dominate us. If anything does us in, it will be depth in the 4th qtr.
