I could see the claim if this was one of those fishing stops (i.e., the reason I stopped you is because you have a tag light out that just happens to be working now). But this guy was all over the road. Legit stop.

 

Even if it were a fishing stop, the sum total of his actions just isn't defense. He could have slammed that door and drove away without firing a shot.

 

Yup. Few years back I had a sudden sneezing attack and swerved everywhere in the middle of the road. Cop was behind me and pulled me over, rightfully so. Nothing happened, but I had no issues getting pulled over.

He was asking for it swerving all over the place.

So I get a small package from Kyrgyzstan today and is a Shangmei mk watch. I didn’t order it. Kinda thinking I might give it to an enemy, in case, then as I search there’s a chance I’ve been “brushed” I believe it’s called. Cheap product sent out to boost sales numbers, often out of China.
I’m not sure what to do with it. Years ago I’d be like hell yeah a free watch. Now I’m worrried I’ll be out there in a few weeks with 1000 other people wearing the same free watch from China then a button is pushed somewhere and we go apeshit on everybody.
