It's nothing against you guys. We're just buried over at VN right now and I've never been good at going back and forth between message boards.

I didn't realize that many of you had husbands and boyfriends. I really AM learning a lot!

 

Loyalty is earned not demanded {as other sites seem to do} The opening post from TennD says volumes. The freedom to debate etc., combined with the high IQ of the members will breed loyalty that the admin. and moderators will not have to command or seek.

Was not aware that VG was an expert marksman.

She'd have to be to bust that shot.

 

Perhaps they should adopt our model and have a 1:1 ratio of users to mods. Lightens the load.
