There are easily available mods which would allow members to see all others who had them on their "Ignore" list.

I'd say that both sides would be shocked to see it.

But I don't care enough to ask it to be done, or implement it.

And, no, I have no idea who anyone has on "Ignore", and wouldn't care enough to look, even if I could.

I can tell you that there is a mod that allows you to "Nuclear Ignore" a poster - or five - whereby you don't see anything from them, at all. Not a notice when they post, the option to view it, or any subsequent post which quotes that user.

And it works amazingly well.

There are some boring assed people on here that I can't even get through their two-word posts, and that I can't imagine feeling anything but disgust when faced with irrefutable evidence of their actual physical existence.
