You do them completely yourself? I’ve done it twice now but don’t really have all the equipment to do it right, I need to take the plunge and buy a few things so I can. I could probably just do a few for friends and friends of friends each year and pay for it all 10x over.
Yeah, we grind burger and sausage in February, we get together and throw it all in a pile and spend a day or two on it. The back straps, tenderloin, roasts, hams, jerky etc gets taken care of immediately
