I am surprised Obama would go against Bernie. That means he will have the squad after him.

Obama is savvy. He knows darn well what will happen next November if Bernie wins.

"Rigging" the primary worked very well in 2016, should double down on that blueprint IMO

the true issue is that both sides have played identity politics for so long while not being truly sincere.

the people in those tribes are tired of that and are wanting more

Democratic primaries seem to be irrelevant anymore. The DNC will choose the candidate.

This is why Trump won the primary and was elected. He had just about as many Republicans going against him as he had Democrats.

M4A doomed Warren. Go ahead and write her off, she's done.

I'm not sure she's done yet, but trend is not good. If Biden avoids massive stumbles (the D electorate affords him a lot of leeway) no one will catch him.

She's done. You don't get a second surge.

Biden is going to be 78 shortly after the election next year. I just cannot imagine being 78 and starting my Presidency. How can you possibly keep up with the grind?

And if elected there’s no way he’d serve a second term. He’d basically be a lame duck from the start.

I’d agree in most years, but this is an exceptionally weak field, so I could see her finding a way back. She Has to win New Hampshire though.

I don't think she can. I think Bernie or Biden does and then game over.

Also don't think mayor Pete gets a Iowa bounce because of how much he's been covered

Buttigieg gonna have to make some serious progress with minority voters if he wants to do anything meaningful

Absolutely. But to be fair so does everyone else not named Biden (Bernie to a lesser extent).

Yup, but I also think that the rule has always been college and under. When you are an adult and using your parents name to your advantage, that rule no longer applies.

Regardless, this guy is something else.
