Losing him the the NFL is a blow, but better than to another college. And Pruitt seems to have shown he can fill the positions when needed. I hate losing a good S&C coach, though, especially after only year 2. We really need some consistency there.
Assuming he's a Fitzgerald guy? My first thought was to get somebody who has worked alongside Fitzgerald a bunch.
That's probably going to be the best idea then. Being able to continue the current S&C program is probably more beneficial than going out and getting a bigger name that will overhaul the program.
