I hate losing a good S&C coach, though, especially after only year 2. We really need some consistency there.

That's probably going to be the best idea then. Being able to continue the current S&C program is probably more beneficial than going out and getting a bigger name that will overhaul the program.

 

Probably would be the easiest and smoothest transition.
