He may have come to the realization that he would not have a guaranteed starting spot at other prominent universities.
Wonder what Crouch will do now. Learning from Jean-Mary and/or Ekeler would be good for their careers.
They could probably get something out of him putting him out there on 3rd down and saying “go get that guy”
I heard an interesting take on transfers on Finebuam. Caller offered up that transfers should have the same buyouts that coaches have, if say Notre Dame wants a Vols player let them buyout their full scholarships. Thoughts?
I don't know the specific rules about scholarship limitations and transfers, but a transfer should affect each school in that way at least.
Why punish kids that went out of state or to private schools? Why value the athletic opportunity of a platform as being the same as the cost of tuition? Just my initial thoughts. Let's say someone in-state at UT wants to transfer. I just looked it up and what the [uck fay]: in-state tuition for 4 years is now 96,000 dollars? WTF? What in the [uck fay]? The [uck fay]? IN STATE? What the [uck fay]? What? THE? [uck fay]? [uck fay]. How can in-state tuition at a public university be so high? What were we talking about? THE [uck fay]? 23,000 undergrad students x $96,000 = 2.208 Billion off of tuition alone? The [uck fay]? Why do they keep raising tuition?! They clearly don't need to: https://treasurer.tennessee.edu/wp-...1/02/FY20-Annual-Financial-Report-updated.pdf WTF? In conclusion, who gives a shit, it is all a scam.
