    TE:

Whitten and I cannot really think of another good one. We just never actually used the TE position to really make a judgement.

    WR:

    Wooo boy.

    1) Juauan Jennings
    2) Peerless Price
    3) Willie Gault
    4) Marcus Nash
    5) Kelly Washington

And those were just names off the top of my head. I am not sure, other than Jennings, if I can make a true list.

    Mychal Rivera.

He had more career yards, receptions, and a better average than Witten. Had one less TD.

My mind has almost completely blanked out those years. So I will put him at #2 on the TE list. Thanks.

This is merely a personal ranking of who I liked the best. I'm a young buck so my conscious memory of watching and paying attention to games starts in 2001.

    1) Jauan Jennings
    2) Donte Stallworth
    3) Denarius Moore
    4) Cordarrelle Patterson
    5) Justin Hunter
    6) Da'Rick
    7) Bret Smith

How is Meachem not on the lists?

Wr is tough. Anthony Morgan, Alvin Harper, Pickens, Meachem, Stallworth, Peerless, Jennings, Hunter, Willie, Nash, Ced Wilson was a beast at 160 lbs and maybe the best hands of any of them

Also depends a lot on the qb and OC of course. Cut knew how to clear up space with route combos. Last few years we either ran a hitch or fade. Really tough to defend

Love JaJuan, but he's not worthy to even be included in the same sentence as Pickens, Harper, Kent, Price, and Stallworth.

Probably, but imagine Jennings with Kelly, Shuler, or Manning throwing to him in stride instead of two yards behind and 1 yard over his head.

And I have no doubt that my bias for Jennings is going to sway me very hard in this.

Very true. Never seen so many jump balls thrown to wrs who had 5 yards on the db. Manning woulda hit Jennings from the slot on a slant or skinny post many times, whereas we couldn't risk throwing those routes.

Top 10 in career receptions, receiving yards, and receiving TDs playing on teams coached by Butch Jones and Jeremy Pruitt with Guarantano throwing passes to him the majority of the time. Definitely worthy.

We've had some really goid receivers over the years.

I like this list, though. Kudos for remembering Larry Seivers and Tim McGee.

Cedric Wilson was also good as mentioned above. Willie Gault is also a classic for obvious reasons.

In terms of talent maybe so, but if I need one guy to just go and win me a damn game, he's the guy. An absolute alpha male.

There’s so many wide receivers I don’t have the time to pick the top 5 but my favorites are

    Carl Pickens
    Thomas “TD” Woods
    Joey Kent
    Alvin Harper
    Jennings

    For TEs

    Witten, of course
Bill Anderson, but for his radio work
    Luke Stocker

Do we get credit for Lee Smith who is still in the NFL?
