Could be nothing though. They’re busy locking up Musselman which could also explain it.

I get the feeling she said no. I could be very wrong.

But Musselman mentioned at his intro presser having a long “welcome to USC” conversation with her.

She does have USC set up for a run at the Final Four next year and likely several years beyond. It’s understandable if she doesn’t want to walk away from that.

On a side note, Muss only mentioned texting with Lincoln Riley.

 

Just get somebody who will get the best athletes in and play some defense. I’ve never seen lazier and more unaware defense than I saw from this recent group. It’s like their shoes were too heavy and the ridiculous out of bounds defense against SC sums up how they played when I watched. Just let the other team shoot wherever and hope they miss.
