I've always thought that this site really needs are more cutesy stories about other people's kids. Everybody loves those. Everybody.

Or maybe it's just stories about my kids.

 

Hey, why not? What's another thread? We all have stories AND we all like talking about kids --- our own for sure. I know mine never cease to amaze or amuse. Definitely, I am guilty of underestimating their ability / capability on numerous occasions.

 

Dumb question, are we picking winners or do the points matter?

Hopefully not. I might be negative.

 

I needed data to test. It will score you once I get the code finished. It isn't pooling the scores properly right now. I need a good website where game scores are posted. Espn, CBS, fox an yahoo are all trying to be too fancy, and it is making extracting scores difficult.

My ultimate goal is to have it score pretty near each game ending time.

 

I wasn't aware that there was 'money' involved. I just made picks against the spread.

 

Sorry guys, my goal is to get this scores by Thursday, but I'll get the new list up probably tomorrow, after all the spreads are in.

And I'll probably put a notice near the picks so everyone knows you are having to beat the spread.

 

For the record, I went 28/30 on this first week that "doesn't count." Float won't let me beat him nothing.

 

Oh, you beat me. If I get extra time, I'll do an aggregate, with first week and without first week.

 

In reality, I sincerely doubt it. I think I could have made better random selections.

No scores from last week yet. I am hoping I can make headway tomorrow on the extraction code for scores, but I can't find a website that just lists scores anymore. They all try to be too fancy. I think I need a mobile site.

 

Yahoo is pretty basic. I assume you've looked there, though.
